THUNDERCATS LION-O FIGURE / TOY PAINTING

Thundercats one of my fav cartoons as a kid, it had some of the best action figure at the time. they were so big, so bold, so cool. bar one, and that was Lion-O. For some reason they did Lion-O real bad, there was just something off with him, the hair, the eyes, the wrird light up thing you stick in his bacl. But it still stands as a iconic figure from my childhood which holds a massive place in my heart, so he had to be added to the series of action figure / toy paintings.

This is a real original painting; it is not a print of any kind digital or otherwise.

The painting is in high-grade acrylic paint varnished with a matt spray varnish, on a pure cotton box canvas. The canvas measures 24 inches x 18 inches on a box canvas of 2 inches deep, the sides of the canvas are painted with a wrap around effect, no nails or staples and ready to hang.
